Blackline H Series

Plunger & Mechanical Diaphragm Pump – Designed for Wine, Beer & Fruit Juice Filtration

The H Series has been specially engineered for beverage clarification processes, including wine, beer, and fruit juice filtration.

Its plunger or mechanical diaphragm configuration features an exposed revolving shaft that is ideal for driving a mixer.

During clarification, diatomaceous earth is added to the beverage and mixed counter-current to the main flow. This allows yeast cells and other particles to be removed without altering the aroma, flavor, or transparency of the final product.

This design enables dosing and mixing to be performed simultaneously by a single device—optimizing process time and reducing operational complexity.

  • Flow rate: 29 to 160 l/h (6.4 to 42 gph)
  • Working pressure: up to 10 bar / 145 psi
  • Cataphoresis-coated aluminum pump body for increased corrosion resistance
  • Liquid-end materials: AISI 316 or PP.
  • Manual stroke length adjustment; electronic actuator available.
